Our story

His Grace Creations was founded in 2016 by Denise Higgins and her children. It all started with Denise using sticky notes to remind herself of the word of God and what the Lord was saying about her and her family at that time. Later, she started using sticky notes to encourage and make declarations over her 10-year-old son and her two-year-old daughter. She then expanded this practice by writing words of encouragement and putting them in jars and boxes to uplift some teens at her church and close family and friends. Denise realized how much people needed to be encouraged and how sometimes people don't always express their feelings to their loved ones—through testimonies from others, Denise and her family discovered how writing can be a powerful tool and another way of showing love when used positively. Writing is good for the heart and helps to clear the mind.
